Infra-red Analysers

Infra-red gas analysers are instruments used to detect and measure various gases in the air. They work by absorbing infra-red radiation emitted by the gases, which then triggers an electrical signal that is processed to determine the concentration of the gas. These analysers are commonly used in industrial settings to monitor gas levels for safety and regulatory purposes.

They can detect a wide range of gases, including toxic and flammable substances, and are often used in conjunction with other monitoring equipment.

gfc-ir-analysers

The GFC Series gas filter correlation analysers measure low ranges of gases (CO2, CO2 and N2O) detecting models available by comparing infrared energy absorbed by a sample to that absorbed by a reference according to Beer-Lambert Law. All GFC Series instruments offer an advanced color display, capacitive touch screen, intuitive user interface, flexible I/O and built-in data acquisition capability.

Non-dispersive Analysers

  • Steel case for indoor installation

  • CaF2 optical windows, Tygon/Teflon/Polypropylene tubing

  • 1 or 2 ranges per gas with auto-ranging and remote range selection (optional) capabilities

  • O2 correction calculation available

  • Reading averaging capability available

  • CE marked, conforms to Low Voltage Directive and EMI/RFI standards

non-dispersive-analysers

The 7500Z and 7600Z Series Infrared (IR) Analysers are capable of detecting up to four chosen, individual IR absorbing components (i.e. CO, CO2, CH4, SO2, NO or NOX with external converter) on a continuous basis. Conveniently packaged in a 19” rack mount, the analyser can also be supplied with an oxygen sensor, providing the operator with space saving, five in one, cost-effective design. The NEMA-4 enclosure can be purged to meet Class I, Div 1 (Zone 1) or Class I, Div 2 (Zone 2) hazardous area installation requirements.
